Item Retrieval and Return Process 

To initiate the return of your stored items, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once the storage fees are settled, we will promptly arrange delivery.  

① London Local Delivery:  

- Pricing is based on the number of boxes: £12 for the first item, £6 for each additional item.  

(Note: An additional handling fee applies for addresses without elevator access. Please inquire with our team for details.)

② UK-wide Delivery (Outside London):  

- Rates vary by destination. Contact us in advance for a customized quote.  

③ Special Time Slot Delivery:  

- Need delivery during peak commuting hours (early morning/evening), late evening, or overnight? Let us know in advance to accommodate your schedule.  

Important Terms & Conditions  

① Long-Term Storage Clients:  

- Outstanding fees must be settled every four months. Failure to pay or respond to communication attempts may result in the company taking appropriate action regarding stored items.  

② Compensation Policy:  

- All items are insured upon storage. £100 per container will be compensated in the rare event of a complete loss.  

③ Policy Updates:  

- The company reserves the right to amend terms and conditions as necessary.
